The Cardassian/Klingon Alliance have been observing this which you call Redemption and decided you deserve better than to be ruled by an oversexed hairy furball and an alien who calls himself The Doctor and keeps changing his appearance.
Therefore it has been decided that Tochl (Commodore) K’iHQaS sutai LoLaCH known to Terrans as Kickass will be standing as Ruler of the Universe.
She is a brave warrior deserving of being your Ruler.  She is skilled in the qualities needed to be ruler of the Universe.  In other words she lies, cheats, is devious and takes no prisoners unless she wants them for recreation purposes.  Her campaign motto is

Any evil devious qualities she lacks will be more than made up for by her campaign manager, the Bajoran Intendant Madia Amme.
